Humidity is one of the most relevant physical parameters to sense and control for a wide range commercial industrial applications. Consequently, there continuing demand development innovative sustainable humidity sensor solutions. Here, characterization fully additively manufactured, highly sensitive, resistive Chitosan-based sensors on flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) foil, as well glass carrier substrate are presented. The unite aspects sustainability high performance in broad (20–90%rH). response follows an exponential curve progression with relative changes resistance per %rH 6.9% 5.7% TPU sensor, respectively.
